Conni is a designated "click n deliver" and we provide essential products to vulnerable people.

For our staff and customers, we are taking the following steps:

  • Our warehouse is still shipping out your orders and customer service staff are still working our regular business hours, which means we are still accessible by phone, email and live chat online.
  • All of our admin and customer service staff are working from home but we promise they aren't in their pyjamas all the time.
  • All locations have implemented a "COVID SAFE" work environment.
  • Our warehouse holds adequate stocks in case of any shipment delays
  • Cancelling all non-essential staff travel. Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all staff returning from overseas or interstate travel.

Conni Australia continues to operate under government guidelines and rules.
Our office staff have all continued to work from home. Based in Victoria and we are following government guidelines in regards to working from home or in the office at times where permissible.

Our warehouse team have all continued to work from our warehouse in Geelong, whilst following strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks, daily temperature checks, social distancing and regular cleaning.
Currently, our warehouse is closed to outside visitors and will remain this way for the immediate future.

We'd like to thank all our loyal customers and our reseller partners for your support and business during this time. We know that life will probably be affected by COVID-19 for a long time to come, but we hope you and your loved ones have found ways to make it more bearable.
