We understand that some of our customers would like to know what we are doing as a business to help manage this global situation.

Business is as usual here at Conni.

During this Covid-19 Pandemic, we owe it to those that are more vulnerable to ensure the health system is not overloaded. We can do this with a simple act of consideration, by increasing social distancing we can reduce the spread of the virus and avoid any major spikes in demand for health care.

For our staff and customers, we are taking the following steps:

  • Our warehouse is still shipping out your orders and customer service staff are still working our regular business hours, which means we are still accessible by phone, email and live chat online.
  • All of our admin and customer service staff are working from home but we promise they aren't in their pyjamas.
  • Our staff, including warehouse staff, are continuing to practice increased and improved hand sanitisation and personal hygiene techniques whilst handling your orders.
  • Our warehouse has adequate stocks and we have more stock arriving over the coming months, therefore we don't anticipate any significant disruption to supply.
  • Cancelling all non-essential staff travel. Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all staff returning from overseas or interstate travel.

Thank you for your continued support during this time. Now more than ever people are seeing the benefits of using reusable products and at Conni, we are very optimistic about what the future holds in this ever-changing world we live in.

Update: 24-May-2020
Since our last update, we are happy to report that Conni has not been disrupted significantly during these testing times.
We have worked hard to ensure our production has continued with very minor disruption, with stock shipments arriving as expected.

Our warehouse has continued to observe required social distancing and workplace guidelines, plus we have increased our capacity and even employed more staff to help cope with our demand.

Whilst most of our office team are continuing to work from home, we have allowed a small number of staff to return to our office. We will continue to follow Victorian state guidelines in regards to office hygiene and social distancing rules. Like many businesses' we have found that there have been benefits to working from home with many staff enjoying it, whilst actually improving their efficiency.
