When Glenys was little she used to set up a table in her bedroom and pretend it was her office.
She had pens and notepads and even though she couldn’t write properly she would scribble endlessly across the paper pretending to write like a big person.
Her desk was always neat. It’s not neat anymore!
Sandy grew up in the Mallee region of Victoria and had to get used to flies and dust at a very young age. She despises flies and dust now.
When she moved to Melbourne to attend hairdressing college she became a city girl and never went back.
Norm has been with Conni since 2016 making his way through various roles and now as our General Manager. Norm has spent most of his career in sales, technology and communications. Norm now leads our super dynamic small team. When he’s not crunching data, Norm loves to ride his bicycle and spend time with his grandson.
Rocket first touched a computer back in the early 80’s, a Commodore 64 (not an EJ model). He’s still in front of a screen, Mac preferably, keep the PC’s away :). He has had a few creative pursuits - Illustration, bonsais, custom bicycles but the digital world is still the main outlet.
Shalbi is the go-to gal when it comes to all things communications and customer service. There's a chance you've probably already spoken to her on the phone, at an expo or got one of her Conni emails!
Working as part of the customer service, sales, marketing, operations and production teams, there's not much that goes on that Shalbs doesn't dip her toes into.
Alanna started life out on a farm in Victoria, then as a teenager headed north to a rainforest lined valley in Far North Queensland where her favourite past times were a daily bungy jump or two and endless wakeboarding. She lived in bathers and thongs and had a very adventurous yet relaxed life. Eventually, with kids in tow, she decided to reign in the daily adrenaline hit and move "home" to settle in Geelong, reconnect with family and friends and perhaps find a career that gave her a sense of purpose greater than your average day job.
Our sweetly spoken, wonderful customer service representative Melanie is someone who will go above and beyond for our customers. You may have spoken to Melanie on the phone, via a live chat or in an email.
We are so lucky to have Sallyrose as a part of our Conni team. Many may not be aware but Sallyrose actually lives in the beautiful Philippines. Many of us forget just how physically far away Sallyrose is because she is always popping up for a chat, keeping on top of all of our accounting and making sure customers get their orders promptly and quickly.
Our bright-haired, pocket-rocket Ash is our creative guru and a fundamental part of the Conni marketing team. You may have seen a lot of Ash’s work on our website, whether it be banners, graphics and or marketing emails!
Gaurav is a huge people-person and has been working in the IT Industry for the last 4 years and his words...he just loves it! “There is nothing greater than finding opportunities for smart people to do awesome things, and it's a fantastic process that I feel lucky to participate in.”
Dan is our web developer here at Conni. Creating and editing content on our Conni and Accalia websites, updating blog posts and information pages are just some of the things Daniel does.
Andrea is born and bred on the Bellarine Peninsula. Married with two boys, she also has a dog and a cat who are also a big part of their family.
She is one of the family, our '78 Kombi ute does all the heavy lifting. She goes home with Glenys our CEO during the holidays because Conni Kombi loves...
