Glenys Drayton - Managing Director

Glenys has spent most of her career working in textile manufacturing, including Quiksilver, Rip Curl and Vernon-Carus. After obtaining years of experience in the healthcare industry  it was Glenys's intention to develop a company specialising in absorbent textiles for the continence health care sector. Her compassionate approach to problems associated with incontinence sets her apart. Glenys enjoys working with continence nurses, laundry managers and specialists on a daily basis.

Sandy Kidman - Executive Assistant

Sandy joined the company in the first year of operation and her creative approach is an invaluable asset to the Conni team. This former small-business owner uses her style and flair to put the finishing touches on many aspects of the business. With 35 years experience in customer service, Sandy ensures Conni maintains a strong focus in this area. She works with Shae on the company's marketing and advertising strategy. They are a great team - just ask them!

Shae White - General Manager   

Shae joined our team in October 2007 after completing her Degree in Commerce and Marketing. As a result of her dedication and proficiency, after 2 years as Marketing Manager Shae advanced to General Manager. Shae manages the entire Galway team and has taken on the responsibility of overall business operations.

Karen Gabbedy -Office Administrator 

Karen is the friendly face behind the telephone at Conni.  She started with us in July 2007 and takes care of reception and administration. Karen’s organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none! Karen has a competent knowledge of the product range and will assist any customer with their quiries, concerns, and request for information.

Susan Jennings - National Sales Manager

Susan began with Galway in May 2009. Susan has 25 years experience as a sales consultant and manager and brings a new pool of knowledge to the Conni office. Susan manages all our valued accounts and is on the road educating Nurses and Pharmacies about the Conni products.

Malcolm Jennings - National Sales Consultant

Malcolm joinjed the sales team in October 2009. Malcolm has 38 years experience in sales and sales management. His personable nature and attention to detail makes him an invaluable member of our team. Malcolm manages the Pick-Pocket and FOF brands as well as assisting Susan with the Conni brand. 
 

Elise Drayton - Office Assistant  

Elise is the newest member of Galway joining the team in 2009 as a full time office assistant. Elise is looking forward to a successful career in Marketing and is learning as much as she can in her role to assist her with this growth. Recently moving from Cairns, Elise has undertaken a course in Marketing at the Gordon part-time and is enjoying the Geelong lifestyle.
