Glenys Drayton - Managing Director

Glenys has spent most of her career working in textile manufacturing, including Quiksilver, Rip Curl and Vernon-Carus. After obtaining years of experience in the healthcare industry, Glenys established this company to specialise in absorbent textiles for the continence sector. Her compassionate approach sets her apart. Glenys works with continence nurses, laundry managers and specialists on a daily basis.

Sandy Kidman - Executive Assistant 

Sandy joined the company in the first year of operation and her creative approach is an invaluable asset to the Conni team. This former small-business owner uses her style and flair to put the finishing touches on many aspects of the business. With 35 years experience in customer service, Sandy ensures Conni maintains a strong focus in this area. She works on the company's marketing and advertising strategy.

Rod Adams - General Manager 

Rod has spent most of his career working with Rip Curl as global finance and operations manager-this is where he first met Glenys. Rod was responsible for Rip Curl's overseas and retail operations. Originally from Ballarat, Rod has lived in the Geelong area for 25 years. The brand, unique product design, customer and environmental focus is what attracted Rod to work with Conni.

Karen Gabbedy -Office Manager

Karen is one of the friendly faces behind the telephone at Conni. She started with us in July 2007 and takes care of accounts and administration. Karen’s organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none! Karen has a competent knowledge of the product range and will assist any customer with their queries, concerns, and requests for information.

Max Walker - Warehouse Manager

Max has worked in logistics for the last twenty years. He has a full working knowledge of all aspects of our brands. Max works both in the warehouse and here in the office taking orders. He picks, packs and ensures your orders get to you-fast! Max's warehouse is so clean you could almost eat off the floor!
